Headed out today to V-land to test the new canon 40mm pancake lens in the water  and a new pair of kicks fins. Loved them both, however the 40mm was a little trick to focus when there was water on the front port of my water housing. Kicks fins were amazing, very comfortable and gave me plenty of power when I needed to get out of those trick spots.

Creating Images with Water and Light, that is what we do here at Holladay Photo.  The combination of good light and the energy that comes from water, especially the ocean helps create images with contrast and feeling. When subjects are place in or around water their inhibitions fade away giving me a change to capture a non contrived real photograph.  Thats when I capture the real person.
